CasaRadar: immobili pubblici e aste su mappa

Public properties are scattered across different portals: the Ministry of Economy's census, the State assets managed by the Agenzia del Demanio (State Property Agency), and court auctions on the Portale delle Vendite Pubbliche. CasaRadar puts what is public on a map and helps you follow the auctions you choose. What you'll find • Map and list with radius and filters: over 267,000 public properties and assets. 251,577 come from the MEF Census of public properties (data as of 31/12/2023): properties that the owning body declared unused, unusable or under renovation. 15,740 are assets of the State's disposable property (OpenDemanio, data as of 31/12/2025). Nearby pins are grouped, so the map stays readable. • Track an auction: you copy the auction details from the notice on the Portale delle Vendite Pubbliche and paste the link. CasaRadar puts it on the map, reminds you of the date and the deadline for offers, keeps the history of price reductions and calculates the minimum admissible offer (art. 571 of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure). • Notices and calls from public bodies, where available: each listing links to the official notice. • Saved searches: they flag new matching properties when you open the app. • Find the owner and adverse possession check: a preliminary check designed for people who already own and have used a property for years, to take to a lawyer or notary. • Investor: unlimited tracked auctions and 20 saved searches. You can compare up to 3 auctions and export a PDF report. • Professional: client address book, auctions and properties assigned to each client, reports with your firm's letterhead. Good to know before using it • The data must be checked. The "unused" status is the one declared by the body at the end of 2023 and may have changed. The position of State assets is approximate (centre of the municipality), and for some MEF properties it is approximated to the address or the municipality: the listing says so. • A property appearing in CasaRadar does not mean it is for sale or available: it still belongs to the owning body. CasaRadar does not sell properties or act as an intermediary in their sale. • No account. Your data stays on your phone. To search for nearby properties, the app sends the server your position rounded to about 100 metres. Plans You buy CasaRadar with the download: €9.99, one-time. You receive by email the download link and a key valid for 7 days from purchase with the preview (5 km, 10 results, no auctions, favourites or saved searches). To keep using it after 7 days you need a plan, also paid once (no subscription, no automatic renewal): Pro €4.99 for 30 days or €39.99 for 1 year; Investor €14.99 for 30 days; Professional €29.99 for 30 days.
